From State Street in Orem:

Turn west on Center Street. Continue to the third traffic light (400 West) and turn right. Go one and one half blocks and you will see the Cherry Tree Professional Plaza sign on your left. We are located in Suite C-10 which is on the Northwest corner of the complex. Our front door opens to the West.

From I-15:

Take Exit #271 (Orem Center Street). Turn left (East) under the freeway and continue to the third traffic light (400 West) and turn left. Go one and one half blocks and you will see the Cherry Tree Professional Plaza sign on your left. We are located in Suite C-10 which is on the Northwest corner of the complex. Our front door opens to the West.

From Provo Canyon:

Coming out of the canyon, stay in the right-hand lane and make the turn which will put you on 800 North. Follow this route to the light at State Street and turn left. At the next light, turn right on 400 North. Continue on to 400 West and turn left (you will see the Orem Community Hospital Campus). Proceed to the Cherry Tree Professional Plaza which will be on the right hand side of the road. We are located in Suite C-10 which is on the Northwest corner of the complex. Our front door opens to the West.
